This skirt should look familiar because it is the same design as the blue circle skirt. Again, here it is worn at the waist (but I originally wore it at my hips).
The skirt is shorter than the blue one and I wore it to the Sweethearts dance my Junior year (with Taylor).
I also created this tank top in the summer of 2010. It is a simple J.Crew tank and I added the ruffle to it to spice it up a bit.
